Return Policy

At Eden Timeless LLC, each piece is conceived as a long-lasting design object, crafted with care and respect for material integrity, artisanal processes, and timeless aesthetics.

Because of the nature of our work, our return policy reflects the uniqueness and production method of each piece.

Replacements

We will offer a replacement or resend a product in the following cases:

  • The item arrives damaged during transit (properly documented upon delivery)
  • There is a clear manufacturing defect
  • The item received is incorrect or does not match the confirmed order

Once reviewed and approved, we will arrange a replacement at no additional cost.

Refunds

Refunds to be considered in specific situations:

  • If a replacement is not possible
  • If the issue cannot be resolved through repair or resend
  • If the case is approved after internal evaluation

Returns (Non-Custom Items Only)

For non-custom, standard items:

  • Returns may be accepted within 7 days of delivery
  • Items must be unused, in original condition and packaging
  • Return shipping is the responsibility of the client

Custom or made-to-order pieces are final sale.

Made-to-Order & Custom Production

A significant portion of our collection is produced on demand, often specifically for each client.

By placing an order, you acknowledge and agree that:

  • Production may begin shortly after order confirmation

  • Orders are final and non-cancellable once confirmed

  • Custom specifications, finishes, and variations are binding

This ensures the integrity of our production process and avoids material waste.

Material Integrity & Natural Variations

Our products are crafted from natural and handcrafted materials, including but not limited to:

  • Solid wood

  • Natural cane

  • Marble and stone

  • Upholstered elements

As a result:

  • Variations in tone, grain, veining, and texture are inherent

  • Subtle irregularities reflect the authenticity of the material

  • Minor dimensional tolerances may occur due to artisanal production

These characteristics are considered part of the product’s identity and shall not be interpreted as defects.

Final Sale Policy

Unless explicitly agreed in writing:

  • All sales are final

  • We do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations

  • Orders cannot be modified once production has begun

This applies to all made-to-order, custom, and handcrafted items.

Damaged or Defective Items

In the rare event that an item arrives damaged:

  • Notification must be submitted within 48 hours of delivery

  • Claims must include clear photographic documentation of:

    • The product

    • The packaging

    • The delivery condition

Failure to provide timely notice or adequate documentation may result in claim denial.

All claims are subject to internal review and resolution at our sole discretion.

Non-Returnable Conditions

We do not accept claims or returns for:

  • Natural variations in materials

  • Minor production tolerances

  • Changes in preference after purchase

  • Delays in shipping or logistics

  • Items that have been installed, used, or altered

Discretionary Exceptions

Any exception to this policy is granted:

  • Solely at the discretion of Eden Timeless LLC

  • Without obligation to provide justification

  • Without establishing precedent for future cases
