Many of our pieces are made-to-order or produced in limited batches.

For this reason:

  • Orders are considered confirmed once payment is received

  • Production or sourcing may begin shortly after confirmation

  • Changes or cancellations may not be possible once the process has started

We always aim to accommodate requests when possible, but this depends on the stage of production.

2. Payment & Order Commitment

By completing a purchase, you acknowledge that:

  • Your order is reserved and scheduled for production

  • Materials and resources may be allocated specifically for your piece

We encourage clients to review all details carefully before confirming an order.

3. Product Characteristics

Our pieces are crafted using natural and artisanal materials.

As such:

  • Variations in tone, grain, veining, and finish are part of the design

  • Each piece is unique and may differ slightly from reference images

These qualities are inherent to the material and reflect its authenticity.

4. Claims & Support

If you experience any issue with your order:

  • Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery

  • Include photos and a brief description

We are committed to reviewing each case carefully and working toward a fair solution.

5. Shipping & Delivery

Delivery timelines are provided as estimates.

While we work closely with logistics partners, delays may occur due to:

  • Freight operations

  • Customs processes

  • External conditions beyond our control

We will always do our best to keep you informed throughout the process.

6. Responsibility in Transit

Once an order has been handed to the shipping carrier, it is under their care.

If any issue arises during transit, we will assist in coordinating with the carrier when possible.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law, Eden Timeless LLC is not responsible for:

  • Indirect or consequential damages

  • Project delays or scheduling impacts

  • Third-party costs or arrangements

Any liability is limited to the value of the product purchased.
