  • Workshop capacity

These timelines are not guaranteed.

Shipping Timeframes

All shipping and delivery timeframes are:

  • Approximate

  • Subject to operational variables

  • Provided in good faith but not contractually binding

Delays may occur due to:

  • Freight carrier operations

  • Customs clearance procedures

  • Port congestion

  • Weather conditions

  • Global supply chain disruptions

Transfer of Risk

Responsibility for the shipment transfers to the customer when:

  • The product is released to the carrier, or

  • Collected by a freight forwarder

From that point forward, Eden Timeless LLC is not liable for:

  • Loss

  • Delay

  • Damage in transit (subject to carrier claims)

Tracking & Transit Visibility

Tracking systems may:

  • Show delayed updates

  • Appear inactive during transit phases

  • Not reflect real-time movement

This is common in international freight logistics.

Delivery Requirements

Customers are responsible for:

  • Providing accurate delivery information

  • Ensuring site accessibility

  • Coordinating any special delivery requirements

Additional charges may apply for:

  • Failed delivery attempts

  • Storage or re-delivery

  • Special handling

Duties, Taxes & Import Fees

All international orders may be subject to:

  • Import duties

  • Local taxes

  • Customs fees

These are the responsibility of the customer.

Shipping Delays & Claims

Delays in shipping or delivery:

  • Do not constitute grounds for refunds

  • Do not qualify for cancellations

  • Do not justify chargebacks
